Your CRM from ChatGPT
or Claude
Connect your assistant to Alaz 360 over MCP to look up customers, opportunities and quotes, or create and move deals, always with your user's permissions.
How it works
How it connects
You authorize access
In ChatGPT you sign in with your Alaz account and click Allow. In Claude Code, Cursor or VS Code you paste a personal token issued from your account.
You ask in plain language
The assistant searches your opportunities, customers, leads, invoices and tasks, and opens the detail you need.
You update the pipeline
It creates opportunities or moves them between stages; the assistant can ask you to confirm before writing.
You revoke anytime
In your account you see connected apps and tokens, with their last use, and revoke them.
What's included
What it does today
Search across your data
Opportunities, customers, leads, invoices and tasks from a single search.
Opportunities in detail
With their notes, quotes and recent interactions.
Quotes with their items
An opportunity's quotes, or the latest twenty.
Pipelines and stages
Your sales pipelines and the stage of each deal.
Create and move opportunities
The two write actions available today.
Your permissions, nothing more
The connector has no credentials of its own: every request goes through Alaz 360 with your user and your company.
What it doesn't do yet
So you know what to expect
- Today it only writes opportunities: it doesn't create invoices, tasks, projects or contracts.
- The connection acts with your user's full permissions; there is no read-only mode.
- In Claude it connects with a personal token (Claude Code and other MCP clients); there is no one-click connector on claude.ai yet.
