Calendar, production and approval
in one flow
You plan each client's content, produce it with deadlines and quality checks, and the client approves or requests changes piece by piece from their portal.
How it works
From calendar to published post
You plan the calendar
Per client and period, with the committed posts and a brief.
You produce with deadlines
Each piece goes through idea, copy, design and internal review, with dates counted back from its publish date.
The client approves
They review script, text and artwork separately; approve or request changes with a comment, or approve everything pending at once.
You publish
Once a piece is approved, you publish it in one click to Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn.

What's included
What it does today
Six formats, six destinations
Post, carousel, reel, story, video and article, with text adapted for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube or web.
A quality seal that expires
The checklist is sealed when complete and expires only if the text, artwork, script or title changes.
Review gates
Editorial, legal or administrative reviews, internal or by the client, required or optional, per company, client or calendar.
Deadlines and reminders
At-risk warnings before each delivery and a daily email to the client's reviewers when their approval is due.
Visible delivery
A dashboard with committed, planned and published posts, and the fulfilment rate.
Facebook and Instagram metrics
It pulls post metrics and follower growth; for other networks you enter them by hand.
What it doesn't do yet
So you know what to expect
- Publishing is one click once a piece is approved; posts aren't scheduled to go out on their own at a set time.
- TikTok, YouTube and web are marked as published by hand: they aren't published from the system.
- Automatic reminders go by email to the client's reviewers, not to your team or by WhatsApp.
