The problem
PeruTourism needed a modern digital platform to showcase their custom travel offerings and efficiently capture potential clients from around the world.
The quotation process was entirely manual and dependent on direct communication, creating friction in lead capture and unnecessarily extending the sales cycle.
Additionally, the platform needed to support multiple languages, be optimized for search engines, and deliver a seamless experience on both desktop and mobile devices.

The Solution
The Alaz team built a custom web platform using Angular 20 with Server-Side Rendering, within an Nx monorepo designed to scale across multiple travel brands.
The architecture was built to maximize lead capture, facilitate trip discovery, and automate the quotation process through guided user flows.
Guided quotation flow
A multi-step quotation form (Easy Quote) was implemented to guide users progressively through the trip request process, reducing drop-off rates.
Custom trip designer
Users can build their own itinerary by interactively selecting activities and destinations before submitting a quotation request.
SSR and SEO optimization
Angular SSR enables server-side rendering, improving page load speed and organic search rankings across key international markets.
Multi-language platform
The application supports multiple languages with automatic detection via localized routes, delivering an adapted experience for international audiences.
Advanced tracking and analytics
Google Ads, Facebook Pixel, and behavioral analytics were integrated to track conversions, traffic sources, and optimize acquisition campaigns.
Multi-brand architecture
